Good Questions, Honest Answers

Everything Billings neighbors usually want to know before their first visit — and if we missed one, just call.

What areas around Billings do you serve?

We're based in Billings (59101) and cover about a 22-mile radius: the West End, Billings Heights, downtown, the Rims neighborhoods and Lockwood, plus nearby towns like Laurel and Shepherd. If you're near that circle, give us a call — we can usually make it work.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes. For most jobs we can quote a firm price from a few photos and a quick phone call. Bigger projects get a free in-person look. Either way, you'll have a clear number before we schedule anything.

Can I text you a photo of the problem?

Please do — it's the fastest way to get a quote. Snap a picture of the sticking door, the leaky faucet or the fence panel, send it over with a short description, and we'll come back with a price and next steps.

Are you licensed and insured?

We carry general-liability insurance, and we're glad to share proof. In Montana, contractors with employees register with the state, and electrical and plumbing require licensed trades. We stick to small repairs and hand off electrical, gas and major plumbing to licensed pros.

What do you handle yourselves versus hand off to a licensed trade?

We take care of the wide world of small repairs and installs — drywall, doors, mounting, fixtures, fences, faucets, maintenance and more. When a job calls for new wiring, gas work or major re-piping, we bring in a licensed electrician or plumber rather than cutting corners.

How does scheduling work?

Call or text and we'll set a day and a real arrival time — not a four-hour window. Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. For seasonal jobs like winter prep, booking a little ahead helps us fit you in before the weather turns.

How do you charge, and how do I pay?

You get a clear quote before we start — no surprise line items. We accept the common methods most folks use, and we'll confirm what works when we book. Payment is due once the work is done and you're satisfied with it.

Can you handle a whole list of small jobs in one visit?

Absolutely — that's how we like to work. Bundle the drawer full of to-dos into one appointment and we'll show up with a stocked truck and work straight through the list, so you're not scheduling several different trades.

Got a list? Let's shorten it.

One quick call or text gets you a real price and a real arrival time — usually within the week.
